TAC Mini (2.5 years – 4 years): Multi-disciplinary. Kids are taken through sports like athletics, skating, basketball, hockey, gymnastics and much more. Each week is dedicated to a single sport allowing ample engagement in each

Skating - Age 3+ Years

It’s a balance and coordination champ. Gliding along forces kids to engage their core, legs, and even arms to stay upright, building strength and stability.

Swimming - Age 4+ Years

Mother & Toddler swimming activity. Offer range of benefits. Swimming at an early age supports physical development. For mothers its a chance to stay active and have fun while you continue to torch those calories.

Mixed Sport - 2.5+ Years

Its our signature program, a perfect introduction to world of sports. Switching between sports builds a broad base of skills, endurance, coordination, strength and balance. 

TAC Major (5 – 10 years): Kids immerse themselves into one sport every two weeks to allow them have the fun of experiencing the sports, fostering a positive attitude towards all kinds of activities.

Soccer - Age 5+ Years

Soccer is a dynamo—running, kicking, and dodging build endurance, coordination, and balance. It packs a punch across physical, mental, and social growth.

Badminiton - Age 5+ Years

It’s a full-body tune-up. Swinging the racket builds arm and shoulder strength, while lunging, sprinting, and pivoting for the shuttlecock boost leg power, agility, and coordination.

Basketball - Age 4+ Years

It’s a powerhouse – dribbling, shooting, and running boost coordination, agility, and hand-eye skills. The constant movement builds endurance, while jumping for shots or rebounds strengthens legs and core.

Skating - Age 3+ Year

It’s a balance and coordination champ. Gliding along forces kids to engage their core, legs, and even arms to stay upright, building strength and stability.
